There are a lot of claims in Real Estate - not to mention the claim that most everyone I see on-line, that is selling real estate, is a "self proclaimed" Short Sale Expert.  Some maybe telling the truth and some may be fibbing - either way, it will be up to you to decide  which short sale Realtor you are going to hitch your trailer to.

Keeping a Short Sale client informed is one of the biggest parts of the Short Sale process. The second biggest part of the short sale process is providing emotional support.  Short Sales are not a walk in the park. They are long and drawn out processes that have a tendency to keep everyone on pins and needles.
