It is extremely important to have a positive attitude toward Real Estate. We have just posted our Sphere of Influence and Coverage areas via our You Tube Channel. While most agents only specialize in a specific city or in a specific tract, we have grown to handle a 37 mile radial service area from where The Paris911 Team is head quartered in the Santa Clarita Valley. With the advent of the Internet and some of the different systems online - Santa Clarita Real Estate and Real Estate in the Surrounding Communities has never been easier to become the "local" subject matter expert. But without the embracing of Technology and with our Relationships with the different Law Enforcement Agencies in Southern California, we would not be able to develop as experts in these areas. If we are unable to wrap our mind around the areas that we tout that we work, I would never want to do any Seller or Buyer a disservice, we would refer those clients to an agent that subscribes to the Paris911 Team's Relational Philosophy. In fact, on the you tube video above, I have posted the circular area that our Team represents Buyers and Sellers within. For all of the areas outside of the "circle of trust" we have a referral system and other agents assigned to those areas. Agents that have tried in the past and uphold our "Relational Centered Credo". |
