There are a lot of things to consider when purchasing new housing, whether it be condominiums, town-homes, or single-family residences. First and foremost, it is a smart move to have representation. A person that is in your corner, one to view the contracts, ask questions pertaining to any and all tax, school and assessor-type issues, mellow-roos, and incentives offered if working with the lender that the builder recommends, plus other things.

In the new housing market, there are builders that cooperate (pay a commission to the agent that represents the buyer) and those that do not.

In either case, do not register with the builders when viewing the model homes, or when applying to be placed on a waiting list. Give us a call and we will take care of the registration and accompany you to the development. Remember, being represented in the process of buying new housing will not in any way add to the cost of the home and in no way have any negative impact concerning you. Our representation, when it comes to new housing, is something that protects you from things that are not seen and not so apparent.
