Communication What do you think the biggest complaint is that people have when it comes to Real Estate Representation or their Realtor? You guessed it, Communication. If you have nothing to update your client with, no news, no activity, no suggestions, then update them on that. The longer time that passes, the harder it is to pick up the phone. Even if you have no news - you will want to keep your client in the loop. There are a lot of Real Estate Websites that will send automated emails to your clients (sellers). But, that is truly not a good way of updating. It's better than nothing. Take the time to pick up the phone and call them. We have not become so advanced as a society, yet, where a phone call is not still the number 1 preferred method of contact. So pick up the phone and call.
