Why should I have my home, condo, or town-home inspected by a Certified Home inspector? What are the time frames when this task should be completed? What about foreclosure properties that I am beginning escrow with, - they are being sold "AS IS", is there a point to having them inspected?
These questions always comes up when we are representing our clients with New Construction and New Housing, "Should we still get a home inspection?"
