There are a lot of Great Real Estate agents in the world. In fact, you might be friends with one or a couple.  The bottom line, when choosing to get your home sold or when buying a home, is to make sure your "real estate friend" is on Top of their Real Estate Business.

Your friend might be a part-time agent.  Your friend might not know what they are doing.  Your friend might want to make a buck off of you using them.  When making the largest investment of your life, make sure your Friend packs the gear to serve on the Front Lines of Real Estate.

Packing the gear is from a Military perspective.  If a soldier packs the gear, then they are capable of serving in Battle.  When a Real Estate agent packs the gear - then they are adorned and equipped with the ability to serve their clients with the utmost in ability and protection.

It is not necessary for you to read in between the lines.  Do some Goggling of your Friend.  Make sure they are what they have been telling you they are.  With regard to their production and status in the Local Real Estate community.  If you are being "fibbed" to this early in the game, rethink your allegiance.
